Good morning, The Wonderfell Way.
Yo, yo, yo.
How's your flow?
Good to be read by you again. O/
Here we go.
On with our show...
A slight breeze!
Heatwave breaks today.
Abe's glad for it, too.
He's been extra selective regarding his choice of which bunny or squirrel to chase from the yard.
Returned to some older posts late last night.
Been about a year since I committed to this daily.
It's become more conversational.
Esoteric entries and dragons at the start.
Dragons?
I have an entry or two that answers why.
Dragons are for other stories of mine.
They hold a large and very important place in my dreamscape.
There's Gnome, Faeries, and other things personified seen in the pictures there, a kind of Wonderland full of tales.
Guess you'd call this entry hype, so far.
Though there's always the right title somewhere in lines.
I hope this journal brings you some peace, some reflection.
It's easy to forget there's more about you than the reaction to all the flash presented to you on screens.
I love this Internet AI age; the whole world now runs on the shared written word.
Even all the software necessary to run every picture and video and text you view is based on written programming language.
So for a poet, or writer of any kind, now is a great time to be alive.
I saw recently defunding of Arts groups and institutions in our Country is occurring.
This is a tragic economical mistake.
With the speed of growth in technology, with the advent of AI, what we now call work is soon not to exist.
If it's jobs we're concerned about, defunding The Arts is going to leave us with an untrained workforce.
If the idea is Greatness, we're being set up for a downfall.
There's no blame in this other than limited scope of POV.
I can see it from where I sit.
Someone entrenched in the 'Right Now of Things' would not.
Factories and farm equipment are soon to run by the push of buttons by a few.
Millions are to be out of work if we don't act now.
There's a short boom.
Building the machines that are to make what so many of us do now unnecessary provides a lot of great temporary growth.
But in the aftermath millions are replaced with the push of a few buttons.
If we don't act now that whole population is set to be untrained.
Once we have the robotic tech the question to further our greatness comes with the work of deciding, imagining, dreaming, what to do with it.
A Nation full of trained Artists and Artisans takes the lead in the place of what is called the most successful Nation.
Limiting access to The Arts not only diminishes cultural enrichment, it effects the fabric of the economic health of our Nation.
Seen through this lens the actions to bolster The Arts in education and accessibility is crucial to the long term survival of our Country.
Take care, teach your children to dream well to secure their future job security, and make wonderful this wonderful day.
