Somewhere other than to let Abe outside to chase a squirrel.

Interesting air this morning. Another Transition Day.

Amazing what a different shape a journal takes outside a paper book. Easier to share for sure.

I hope they give you a new perspective to add to your life.

Eccentric and on the outskirts maybe, but poets have never been strange people. We're secretly the sanest bunch you'll meet.

Solitude is our office space is all.

Some people go to work for most of the day to other locations.

Everyday encouraged behavior, necessary for most work.

A poet goes alone for our workday.

All of us Paint-Pictures-and-Pen-Lines People do.

Not a bunch of weirdoes, hard working people who love what they do.

Why else do it?

Not like I couldn't sell Hedge funds or flip Real Estate, or stand in an assembly line.

Because the pay is the quality of the day in the satisfaction of the work.

Some sensible things to keep Nature being kind to your body, a roof and walls, heat and food (don't forget water), maybe coffee (herbal tea if you're that kind of writer) , something reliable to write with, and the security in the knowledge you won't be interrupted for a certain amount of time, lines of words or paint brush colors.

A microwave helps to warm up your coffee.

Which is where I go now.
