Had a Doctor of mine ask that at the start of every appointment.

"How are you sleeping?"

One of the biggest indicators of our health is the quality of our sleep.

Maybe the only true one.

Everyday stuff, the chores and tasks we set in front of us, are variables.

When you're conducting an experiment you require a constant and a variable.

Sleep is a great constant.

Misty morning sky still knows it's Autumn, warms up quick from an early snow yesterday. Rain slushes slush off bent branches to make mud sure to be frozen soon enough.

Blue-gray-light.

One day we'll all agree on how to spell gray.
