Some Wind with Moonlight
Thursday, April 10, 2025
Good morning, that wonderful way.
Welcome back. O/
Another: If-you’re-in-the-Western-Hemisphere-you’re-probably-asleep mornings.
Or: Still awake.
A night owl sings your good morning song.
Hoot or tweet… glad you’re here.
On with our show.
Bright moonlight tonight. Abe’s out under it. He finally wooed the squeaky heart out of Princess Pata.
He’s chewing on it in the moonlit Spring grass, lovers in the starlight.
How’s your day?
Moon dreams at noon?
Transition day.
Punto-Period.
Even this early, it’s apparent.
Something in the air, some wind with moonlight in it, a miracle spice in the meal to make it magic.
Do you know it too?
Did you know magic is real?
Now you do.
No more excuses for you.
Weave a spell, say it well, call it a prayer if that helps, let it be there, walk through your day the best you can while all around you your spell, your dream, weaves its make-believe to real and seen.
Oh for a morning! Oh for this morning!
Do you ever find yourself singing for no reason?
No.
There’s always a reason for singing.
Even and especially if you don’t know it.
Maybe the world thinks you should be happy.
Maybe she knows you deserve to be.
Maybe every unmeant song sung is a Thank You card from The Earth.
Maybe every unintentional dance step stepped is a postcard invitation to celebrate Life.
Take care, wear some flair, know you’re rare, and make a wonderful day.
