The Wright Celebration

2024.10.02

Good morning that wonderful way.

That Wonderful Way.

A good title for a collection of these posts.

Repetition and all.

Nice one this morning. A little overcast soft sunlight on color changing leaves.

A good pun, leaves.
Wonder where they go?
A technicolored red carpet for Winter's overly airconditioned award ceremony.

Slow words a little later this morning.

Sometimes sleeping in is a good idea.
Sometimes the dreams of sleep demand our attention.
Sometimes the body agrees that rest is the best thing.

Quiet still, though.

Past six am the world starts to turn up the volume, increasing its speed until noon.

If you want a peaceful day, headphones around lunchtime help.

Unless it's a joyful party kind of day.

Then the turn it up volume is what you've been waiting for.

Slow dance? Not a chance, let's go!
Time for the show.
Kind of day.

We could have great gatherings around noon.
Lunch is a good time to get business going.

If you can get the increased volume in tune, surround yourself with like minded people that want to be at the same party as you.

So much of our days are spent at Fourth of July firework picnics when we were going to Halloween Fiestas.

Though a Fiesta come the end of October would wait until November for Día de los Muertos.

Which is actually the same celebration as Halloween.
It takes the dead a few days to start dancing.

Lots of stretching out their creaky bones to do first.

Make sure you're headed to the right celebration today, dead or alive, and have a better day.
