Still dark. Abe still knows it's time for sleep.

There's work to be done, dog! An exclamation point worth of work!

What about love of self?

How to separate it from vanity? Nature made you, so you have some purpose, have something unique.

Even science says there's no one else like you. Right down to your DNA you're incomparable.

Nobody shines light like you Sunshine Valentine.

Start with kindness. Do something nice for yourself today. Some extra sugar in your coffee.

Something new that's all about you.

You ought to find out about yourself.

Seems a shame to overlook that friend when they're around all the time.

They do so much for you. A thank you now and then is the least you can do.

Thank yourself for something today.

That's a good place to start.

To be kind takes strength, thank yourself when you are.

Be proud.

You're adding to the quality of life for everyone, yourself included.

Give yourself some credit.

It does get quiet lonely this type of work at times. It's the work's necessity that keeps me in.

I ought to thank myself more for sticking with it.

There's no vanity in that. A pep-talk?

No. A recognition.

Recognize something about you today you like and get on with your day.

Should it feel awkward, recognize two things.

You're going to get good at this stuff. It means more to your success than any paycheck.

What's the point of doing anything if you're not going to enjoy it?

An empty win is a loss. A do or die attitude still finds you dead. Better to live making moments worth you.

If you're successful in the world's eyes and miserable, you're no success.

You're awful at being you.

The only measure of a good life is how you treat yourself.
